Cheese Chicken Kebab

Ingredients to make Cheese Chicken Kebab

  • Chicken 500 gms (Boneless, cut into strips)
  • Oil for brushing
  • 1 tbsp Meat tenderizer (Raw papaya paste)
  • Corn Starch 1 tbsp
  • Cheese 4 tbsp
  • 100 gms Hung curd
  • 3 green chillies
  • Pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp cottage Cheese/Paneer

How to make Cheese Chicken Kebab

  1. Take a bowl, add boneless chicken pieces and add the papaya paste (optional), salt, pepper powder, green chilli. Mix and put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  2. Take a bowl; add hung curd, processed cheese (which melts fast), 2 tbsp cottage cheese, pepper powder, corn starch. Mix it and make a paste, add in the chicken pieces and mix it well.
  3. Put the chicken pieces onto skewers and brush with oil occasionally.
  4. Put it in to the oven for 30 minutes till the kebabs are golden on all sides.
  5. Chicken will be done, apply the pesto sauce and serve hot.

My Tip:

Do not use mozzarella.
