Ingredients to make Magic Crust Custard Pie

  • 1/2 cup All purpose FLour
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 cups Milk 2% or full fat
  • 3 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • Fresh Berries chocolate sauce powdered sugar ( for garnishing)

How to make Magic Crust Custard Pie

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 C and grease a 9 inch pie pan
  2. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend for 30 seconds
  3. Pour into the baking dish and bake for 45 minutes. The flour will settle to form its own crust
  4. Remove and keep aside for 20-30 minutes to cool it down and then cut into desired shapes and serve

My Tip:

The recipe requires 1 cup of sugar, but I used only 3/4 cup. The sweetness was perfect for us I didn't had a pie pan, so baked in my normal baking dish
