  • Sweet potatoes 2
  • salt required
  • turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
  • Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  • oil 5 table spoons

How to make Crunchy Sweet Potato bites

  1. WASH, PEEL THE SKIN OF 2 SWEET POTATOES AND DICE IN TO BITE SIZE CUBES
  2. HEAT A PAN WITH 5 TB SPOONS OF COCONUT OIL
  3. THROW IN REQUIRED SALT AND TURMERIC POWDER
  4. TRANSFER THE CUBES INTO THE PAN AND STIR
  5. DON'T SPRINKLE WATER OR CLOSE THE PAN
  6. LET THEM GET FRIED WITH STIRS THEN AND THERE FOR FIVE TO SEVEN MINUTES.
  7. ADD 1 TEASPOON OF KASHMIRI CHILLI POWDER AND 2 TBSPOONS OF CORN FLOUR
  8. STIR FOR FEW SECONDS.
  9. TRANSFER THE FRIED BITES TO A KITCHEN TISSUE AND SERVE AFTER THE EXCESS OIL IS DRAINED
