Ingredients to make Railway meat curry

  • Mutton- 1/2 kg
  • Coriander powder- 1tsp
  • Dahi- 2 cups
  • Corriander fresh
  • Jeera- 1/2 tsp
  • Tej patta- 2
  • oil as required
  • Green chilli- 1
  • Garam Masala- 1 tsp
  • Tumeric powder- 1/2 tsp
  • ghee- 2 tbsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste- 1 tsp
  • Onions- 2, pureed
  • Laung 5 to 6
  • Black cardamon 2 to3
  • Salt
  • Dal chini stick
  • Blak pepper corns
  • Red chilli powder

How to make Railway meat curry

  1. Marinate mutton with dahi for half an hour
  2. Take a kadai add some oil when oil gets heated in low flame add onion puree, jeera and ginger garlic paste
  3. Saute all the ingredient till the time the onions get golden brown after this add your all khada masalas and mix them all for about 10 minutes in low flame
  4. Than add your all masalas and dahi and add mutton
  5. Add two cups of water and cook your mutton for 45 to 50 minutes
  6. Garnish your mutton curry with corriander and chopped green chilli
  7. Serve it hot your railway meat curry is ready
