Ingredients to make Gobhi 65

  • cauliflower 20 florets (chopped)
  • flour 3 tablespoon
  • Cornflour 2 tablespoon
  • salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 1 tablespoon
  • ginger chopped 1 teaspoon
  • curry leaves 15
  • cumin seeds powder 1 teaspoon
  • coriander seeds powder 1 teaspoon
  • dry mango powder 1 teaspoon
  • Garam masala Powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • curd 4 tablespoon
  • oil for frying
  • water for making batter

How to make Gobhi 65

  1. Blanch the cauliflower florets.
  2. In a bowl mix flour, cornflour, red chili powder, salt, ginger, garlic, dry mango powder, cumin and coriander powder. Add chopped curry leaves. Add water and make a batter. Add florets to it .
  3. Heat oil in a pan and fry these florets till crispy .
  4. Now in another pan heat oil and add cumin seeds, slitted green chillies, curry leaves. Add red chili powder, coriander powder, and whisked curd. Cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Add fry cauliflower to it and mix well. Garnish with onion rings. Your crispy gobhi 65 is ready to serve.

My Tip:

You can skip the tempering.
