Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Quaker Oats 3-4 tablespoon
  2. Onion finely chopped (1)
  3. Tomato (1) remove seeds , finely chopped
  4. Spring onions finely chopped
  5. Green chili (1)
  6. Garlic cloves (2)
  7. Ginger
  8. Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Olive oil 2 tsp
  11. Red chilly powder 1/2 tsp
  12. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  13. Coriander seeds powder (dhana) 1/2 tsp
  14. Water (2 cups)

Instructions

  1. In a pan, add olive oil , add crushed garlic and ginger to it and let it cook until you could smell the flavours coming out.
  2. Add finely chopped onion and saute it till it becomes transparent
  3. Add tomatoes which is finely chopped and let it cook for 1 min
  4. Add spring onions and let it cook for a min
  5. Add all masalas i.e. garam masala powder, red chilly powder , turmeric powder , dhana , also add salt as per your convenience.
  6. Mix the masalas and veggies properly . Later add 3-4 tablespoon of Quaker oats.
  7. Mix the oats for 1 min with the veggies and masalas and add 2 cups of water
  8. Keep stirring for 3 mins until the excess of water evaporates and the consistency becomes little thick.
  9. Serve it hot .
