Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For outer crust
  2. 1 1\2 cup maida
  3. 1 tsp ajwain
  4. 3 tbsp Oil or Ghee
  5. Salt to taste
  6. For Filling
  7. 3 medium potatoes
  8. Half cup peas
  9. Half teaspoon jeera
  10. 1 tbsp Green Chilli and Ginger paste
  11. Half tsp laal mirch
  12. 1 tsp Coriander powder
  13. Half tsp garam massala powder
  14. 1 tsp Lemon juice
  15. 1 tsp saunf powder
  16. Salt to taste
  17. Oil 2 tbsp + for frying
  18. coriander leaves chopped

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes and peas is a salted water. When boil cool it and mash them
  2. In another bowl put all the ingredients of outer crust and prepare a dough
  3. In another bowl put all the filling ingredients + the boil things.
  4. Then roll the dough and put the filling and give a Samosa shape and Fry it
  5. Your snack is ready
