Ingredients to make Potato gravy

  • potato 3
  • onion 1
  • tomato 2
  • turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • red chilli powder 2 tsp
  • cumin powder 1 tsp
  • salt as required
  • oil as required
  • Mustard and urad dal 1 tsp

How to make Potato gravy

  1. Boil potato.and cool,mash it.
  2. In pan heat oil add mustard urad dal,onion.saute it well
  3. After add tomato,salt, turmeric powder,red chilli powder, cumin powder mix well.add little amount of water cook for 10-15 min
  4. Now add boiled potato.cook for 10 min.spicy potato gravy is ready
