Steamed Egg

Ingredients to make Steamed Egg

  • 2 beaten eggs with 1 tsp of milk ,salt , pepper and cheese
  • 1 tsp chopped onions
  • 1 tsp chopped capsicum
  • 1 tsp chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 tsp chopped ham

How to make Steamed Egg

  1. Heat a non-stick pan, add the butter and fry the onions for a minute.
  2. Now add all your chopped veggies and pour in the beaten eggs. Sprinkle ham and coriander leaves on top, cover and cook for 10 mins.
  3. Serve hot with garlic bread and fries.
