  • besan flour 1 cup
  • red chilli powder 2 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • coriander powder 2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • curd 2 tbsp
  • ginger grated 1 tbsp
  • asafoetida 1 tsp
  • coriander leaves 1 tbsp chopped
  • oil 1 tbsp

How to make Gatte ki sabzi

  1. MIX CURD SMOOTHLY WITH A SPOON
  2. HARD DOUGH IS PREPARED OF GRAMFLOUR.ROLL IT AND PREPARE GATTE .COOK IN WATER TILL IT FLOATS ON TOP
  3. HEAT OIL CRACKLE CUMIN SEEDS AND ADD ASAFOETIDA IN IT
  4. ADD ALL SPICES AND SALT IN IT AND LET IT COOK FOR FEW MINUTES
  5. I HAVE ADDED KASHMIRI LAL MIRCH POWDER FOR A NICE COLOUR
  6. NOW ADD CURD MIXED WITH GRATED GINGER IN IT
  7. GRAVY IS READY NOW
  8. ADD GATTAS IN IT AND LET IT COOK TILL SOFT
  9. CLOSE THE LID AND LET IT COOK
