Ingredients to make Paneer paratha.

  • wheat flour 1 cup
  • water as required
  • salt to taste
  • ghee 2tsp
  • oil 4 tsp
  • paneer grated 1 cup
  • garlic grated 1 tsp
  • ginger grated 1 tsp
  • Corriander leaves 2 tsp
  • green chilly finely chopped 2 piece
  • lemon 1 piece

How to make Paneer paratha.

  1. Make dough from whwat flour water and ghee then keep it aside.
  2. Mix all the other ingredients aexcpt oil.
  3. Roll a small disk from the dough add paneer stuffing 2 tsp cover it from all sides again roll it.
  4. Shallow fry it or tava from both the sides
  5. Serve it with green chutney or mango pickle or yogurts.
