Very simple n fast method to make restraurant style naan.Its all up to you ...may be Kehwa or masala chai or paneer tikka with you want to enjoy them...

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 2 n 1/2 cups refined flour
  2. Baking soda 2tsp
  3. Garlic chopped 2tbsp
  4. 1tbsp sugar
  5. 2tbsp active dry yeast
  6. 1/2cup lukewarm water
  7. 1/2cup lukewarm milk
  8. Salt 1 tsp
  9. Butter 20 +10 grams to polish
  10. Light Olive oil 2tbsp +1tbsp to coat
  11. Parsley chopped 1tbsp

Instructions

  1. First of all soak yeast in lukewarm water with sugar and let it rest till it froths.
  2. Mix flour ,salt,baking soda in a separate pan properly.
  3. Add diluted yeast , chopped garlic,oil to the flour n knead a little.
  4. Cover this dough with oil and then with cling film and lastly with damp Cloth .
  5. Let this dough rest for 20-25minutes or till it rises to double in size.
  6. Add cold butter to this dough and knead more to mix properly.
  7. Pre heat the oven for 10 minutes on 180 degrees.
  8. Make small 7-8balls out of dough and roll out into small chapatis
  9. Place naans on butter paper lined baking tray .
  10. Prick with a fork.
  11. Sprinkle parsley butter on those Naan.
  12. Bake for 35 minutes on 140-150 degrees.
  13. Serve hot with more butter drizzled on them.
