Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Oil 2 tbsp
  2. Mustard seeds 1/2 tesp
  3. Curry leaves 4-5
  4. Onion 1
  5. Boiled potatoes medium sized 2
  6. Bell pepper 1
  7. Salt 3/4 tesp
  8. Garam masala 1/2 tesp
  9. Turmeric powder 1/2 tesp
  10. Red chilli powder 1/2 tesp
  11. Ketchup 2 tbsp
  12. Milk 1/4 cup
  13. Bread slices 5

Instructions

  1. HEAT 2 TBSP OIL.
  2. SPLUTTER MUSTARD SEEDS AND CURRY LEAVES.
  3. ADD 1 DICED ONION AND FRY TILL IT START CHANGING COLOR.
  4. ADD 2 MEDIUM DICED BOILED POTATOES . FRY FOR 2 MINUTES.
  5. ADD 1 DICED BELL PEPPER. FRY FOR A MINUTE.
  6. ADD 3/4 TESP SALT, 1/2 TESP EACH OF GARAM MASALA, TURMERIC POWDER AND RED CHILLI POWDER.
  7. COOK FOR FEW SECONDS.
  8. ADD 2 TBSP KETCHUP. MIX.
  9. ADD 1/4 CUP OF MILK AND 5 BREAD SLICES CUT INTO SMALL PIECES.
  10. TOSS WELL.
  11. TOSS WELL.
  12. SERVE HOT.
