Ingredients to make Garam masala pulao

  • rice 2 cup soaked
  • cumin seeds 2 teaspoon
  • Green caradamom 3
  • Black caradamom 1
  • cloves 4
  • cinnamon sticks 2
  • mace 2 pieces
  • Magga 2 pieces
  • salt to taste
  • green chillies 2 slitted
  • ghee 2 tablespoon
  • water 4 cups

How to make Garam masala pulao

  1. Heat ghee and add all masalas and roast till they change colour.
  2. Add rice and stir constantly let it simmer.
  3. Add water, salt and green and. Mix well and cook till rice becomes soft with closed lid.
  4. Your garam masala pulao is ready.

You can also use oil.
