Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Lemongrass 5 shoots
  2. Ginger an inch size peace
  3. Cinnamon Powder 1/2 tea spoon
  4. Honey or brown sugar or palm sugar 2 table spoons
  5. Water 3 cups

Instructions

  1. Lemongrass is native to Asia with many health benefits that is grown wildly in any place
  2. Heat 3 cups of water in a vesssel.
  3. Make the lemongrass shoots a bundle and drop in to the water.
  4. Pestle the ginger in a hand mortar and drop in.
  5. When they start to boil well, simmer the stove and close with a lid. Allow to boil for 10 minutes.
  6. Switch off and add the cinnamon powder, mix well.
  7. Strain in a filter and pour in to the cups.
  8. Add honey or brown sugar or palm sugar of your choice, mix well and relish the drink.
