This dish is a pure bliss for you taste buds. I ate this in one of the roadside trolly nearby my house. The first bite itself was heavenly. It tasted perfect, nothing less or more. Thought to try it at home, i guessed the ingredients and made it in my way. The result was delicious. It is easy recipe

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 medium packet macaroni
  2. 3 medium tomatoes
  3. 2 medium Onions
  4. 1 medium capsicum
  5. 4 cubes amul processed cheese
  6. 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  7. 1 tbsp chilli sauce
  8. 1/2 tsp Vinegar
  9. 1/4 tsp soya sauce
  10. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  11. oil

Instructions

  1. Wash and put the tomatoes in pressure cooker. Cook till one whistle. Take out the peels and make a fine paste in a mixer.
  2. Cut onions and capsicum in julliene. Boil some water in a pan.
  3. Add in 1 tblsp salt and 1/2 tsp oil. Add macaroni and cook till 90% done. Drain and wash in running water. Keep aside.
  4. In a nonstick pan add 1 tblsp oil add onions and cook for sometime, then add capsicum and cook till capsicum is half done. Then add tomato paste and cook for 5 mins.
  5. Now add pasta ,all sauce, vinegar, salt, garam masala. Mix gently, so that macaroni don't break.Add 2 cubes grated cheese. Mix.
  6. Switch off the flame. Serve hot with grated cheese on top.
