Ingredients to make Senagalu Kobbari Koora

  • Soaked Bengal Gram - 1 cup
  • Grated coconut - 1/2 cup
  • salt to taste
  • turmeric powder - 1 to 2 pinches
  • Green chilli ( Slit ) - 3 to 4
  • curry leaves - 6 to 8
  • For tempering- sliced onions - 3 tablespoons
  • mustard seeds- 1/4 teaspoon
  • cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
  • oil - 4 tablespoon.

How to make Senagalu Kobbari Koora

  1. ARRANGE THE INGREDIENTS.
  2. TRANSFER 1 CUP OF SOAKED BENGAL GRAM INTO A DRY MIXIE JAR.
  3. HEAT OIL IN A PAN. SPLUTTER 1/4 TEASPOON MUSTARD SEEDS.
  4. ADD 1/2 TEASPOON CUMIN SEEDS, 3TBSP SLICED ONIONS, CURRY LEAVES & SLIT GREEN CHILLI.
  5. TRANSFER THE BENGAL GRAM DAL PASTE. MIX WELL.
  6. SPRINKLE TURMERIC POWDER & SALT. SAUTE WELL.
  7. ADD 1/2 CUP OF GRATED COCONUT. MIX & COOK UNTIL RAW SMELL GOES OFF.
