Daal ki Pakode

Ingredients to make Daal ki Pakode

  • 1 cup soaked yellow moong daal (3-4 hours)
  • 1/4 cup soaked white beans(3-4hours)
  • 1 tbsp green chilly paste
  • 1/2 tbsp grated ginger
  • 6 black pepper and 2 cloves crushed
  • 1 tbsp red chilly powder
  • 1/2 tbsp fennel seed powder
  • 1/4 tbsp garam masala
  • coriander chopped
  • salt as per taste

How to make Daal ki Pakode

  1. Grind the soaked moong daal and white beans in a mixer and process, don't add too much water .
  2. Take the mixture in a bowl and add all the ingredients and make a batter.
  3. Make pakodas and deep fry on medium flame until brown.
  4. Serve with green chutney
