  • Ghee roasted onions 2 tablespoons
  • cashews 5
  • raisins 10
  • oil 50 ml
  • ghee 2 tablespoon

  1. GHEE FRIED ONION+DRYFRUITS,MIXEDVEGETABLES,ONIONS,GINGERGARLICPASTE,MINT,GREENCHILLIES,COCONUTMILK
  2. IN A KADAI ADD WHOLE GARAM MASALA,ONIONS AND SAUTE WELL IN 50 ML OF OIL
  3. ADD CARROT,BEANS AND CUBED POTATOES
  4. ADD SALT AND TURMERIC POWDER
  5. ADD 4-5 GREEN CHILLIES
  6. ADD 1 TABLESPOON OF GINGER GARLIC PASTE
  7. ADD GREEN PEAS
  8. ADD THE MINT LEAVES
  9. ADD 1 TOMATO- CUT
  10. ADD DOUBLE BEANS
  11. ADD 1 TEASPOON OF BIRIYANI MASALA
  12. ADD 1 GLASS WATER
  13. ADD 2 CUPS OF SOAKED BASMATHI RICE
  14. ROAST BEETROOT IN A TADKA PAN
  15. ADD 2 CUPS OF COCONUT MILK
  16. ADD THE BEETROOT PIECES.THIS IS TO AVOID THE WHOLE BIRYANI TURNING PINK

  20. CUT THE TOASTED BREAD INTO SMALL PIECES
  21. ONCE PRESSURE IS RELEASED OPEN THE COOKER
  22. ADD THE GHEE ROASTED ONIONS,RAISINS AND CASHEWS
  23. GARNISH WITH CURRY LEAVES AND CORIANDER LEAVES
  24. ADD IN THE BREAD SLICES
  25. ADD 2 TABLESPOONS OF MELTED GHEE AND MIX GENTLY SO THAT THE RICE DOES NOT BREAK
