GINGER CHICKEN

Ingredients to make GINGER CHICKEN

  • chicken pieces - 500 gms
  • Kashmiri red chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • Finely chopped green chilly - 2
  • red chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • onion - 3
  • ginger - 1 tbsp
  • garlic - 5 - 6
  • salt - to taste
  • Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
  • tomato sauce - 2 tbsp
  • oil - 4 tbsp
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp

How to make GINGER CHICKEN

  1. Marinate chicken with soy sauce ,tomato sauce,red chilly powder,kashmiri mirch powder,lemon juice and salt.
  2. Keep aside for 30 mins.
  3. Add onion,giner garlic paste in the blender to make a fine paste.
  4. Heat oil in a pan.
  5. Add onion paste and saute for 3 - 4 mins.
  6. Now add marinated chicken pieces and stir fry for 3 - 4 mins.
  7. Cover it and cook in a low flame for 15 - 20 mins.
  8. Turn off the flame.
  9. Serve hot with steamed rice and chapati
