  • White oil
  • sugar

  1. ADD PAANCH FORON TO THE HOT OIL
  2. ADD POTATOES FIRST IN THE OIL
  3. THEN REST OF THE VEGETABLES
  4. ADD SALT
  5. ADD GREEN CHILLY & FRY IN HIGH FLAME
  6. KEEP STIR FRYING IN HIGH FLAME TILL THESE SOFTEN
  7. PUT A COVER FOR 3 MIN
  8. ADD PEPPER POWDER,RED CHILLY FLAKES & SUGAR,THEN MIX
  9. FRY FOR 1 MIN AND KEEP FROM FLAME, KEEP A LID FOR 5 MIN
