Ingredients to make MUTTON KHEEMA VADA

  • Mutton kheema 250 grams
  • Fried gram 50 grams
  • cinnamon 1/2 inch
  • cloves 2
  • ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  • fennel seed 1 teaspoon
  • onion 1 small size finely chopped
  • Chopped coconut 1/4cup
  • green chillies 2 number
  • turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
  • salt to taste
  • oil for frying
  • coriander leaves 1 fistful
  • tomato ketchup for the dip.

How to make MUTTON KHEEMA VADA

  1. INGREDIENTS FOR MUTTON KHEEMA VADA...
  2. ADD FRIED GRAM IN A MIXER JAR.
  3. GRIND IT TO FINE POWDER AND KEEP IT ASIDE.
  4. ADD GINGER GARLIC, CINNAMON, CLOVES AND FENNEL SEED IN A MIXER JAR AND GRIND COARSELY.
  5. TO THE GROUND MIXTURE ADD GREEN CHILLIES AND ONION TO IT AND GRIND WELL.
  6. ADD CHOPPED COCONUT, TURMERIC POWDER AND SALT TO IT AND GRIND WELL.
  7. TRANSFER THE GROUND MIXTURE TO A BOWL AND GET READY WITH POWDERD GRAM FLOUR.
  8. ADD 2 CUP OF WATER IN A VESSEL. TO IT ADD MINCED KHEEMA WITH LITTLE SALT AND TUMERIC POWDER.
  9. LET IT BOIL FOR 10 MINUTES.
  10. BOILED MINCED MEAT IS READY.
  11. DRAIN MEAT BROTH SEPARATELY. THIS BROTH CAN BE USED FOR MAKING MEAT BALLS KURMA OR AS SOUP.
  12. ADD DRAINED KHEEMA TO THE GROUND MIXTURE. LET IT COOL FOR FEW MINUTES.
  13. ADD FRIED GRAM POWDER TO THE KHEEMA MIXTURE AND MIX WELL.
  14. MAKE ROUND BALLS OUT OF THE KHEEMA MIXTURE.
  15. KHEEMA BALLS ARE READY TO BE FRIED.
  16. HEAT OIL IN A WOK AND ADD THE FLATTENED BALLS GENTLY.FRY ON A MEDIUM FLAME.
  17. WHEN IT'S DONE TRANSFER IT ON A TISSUE PAPER.
