Ingredients to make sweet potato chaat

  • 1 big sweet potato
  • 2-3 tsp oil
  • 2 tbsp imli chutney
  • 2 tbsp green chutney
  • 1 tsp black salt
  • 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1-2 green chillies
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 2 tsp coriander leaves
  • namkeen, to serve

How to make sweet potato chaat

  1. Boil the sweet potato in pressure cooker.
  2. Peel and cut into roundrels.
  3. In a flat pan, add some oil and shallow fry these pieces on both sides till brown.
  4. Cut each roundrel into 4 pieces each.
  5. In a bowl add sweet potato, imli chutney, green chutney, black salt, cumin powder, chopped green chillies and coriander and mix well.
  6. Add pomegranate seeds and namkeen and serve.
