Ingredients to make Keema Ghobhi Matar.

  • 2 cup grated cauliflower.
  • 1 cup green peas.
  • 2 fine chopp tomatoes.
  • 2 tbs chopp grated ginger.
  • salt.
  • 1/4tsp cumin seeds.
  • 1/4tsp turmeric powder.
  • 1/4tsp red chilli.
  • coriander leaves.

How to make Keema Ghobhi Matar.

  1. Heat oil
  2. Add cumin seeds.
  3. Add chopp onions.tomato.ginger.green chilli.
  4. Cook well
  5. Add grated cauliflower.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Cover 5 minutes on simmer.
  8. Open n dry it.
  9. Garnish with coriander leaves.

My Tip:

U can add 1tbs fresh malai in it for rich taste.
