  • Custard apple pulp 1 cup
  • sugar 1/2 cup
  • honey 2 tsp
  • salt a pinch
  • cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
  • ghee 2 tsp
  • cashews few
  • pumpkin seeds few
  • raisins few

How to make Custard Apple Halwa

  1. REMOVE THE SEEDS OF CUSTARD APPLE
  2. 1 CUP OF CUSTARD APPLE PULP
  3. HEAT 1 TSP GHEE
  4. FRY FEW CASHEWS
  5. FRY FEW PUMPKIN SEEDS
  6. TRANSFER INTO A CUP
  7. FRY CUSTARD APPLE PULP IN THE SAME PAN
  8. FRY TILL TENDER
  9. ADD 3/4 CUP SUGAR AND STIR CONTINUOUSLY
  10. MELTING SUGAR
  11. SALT A PINCH
  12. CARDAMOM POWDER 1/4 TSP
  13. HONEY 2 TSP
  14. MIX WELL, SAUTE TILL IT LEAVES THE EDGES AND BOTTOM
  15. 3/4 TSP OF GHEE
  16. FEW RAISINS
  17. GREASE GHEE TO A BOWL
  18. ADD FRIED CASHEWS AND PUMPKIN SEEDS
  19. TRANSFER INTO A BOWL
