Ingredients to make Panjabi potato and green peas kachori

  • For stugging :Boiled potatoes 4 large mashed
  • Green peas boiled 1 cup
  • onion 1/2 chopped
  • salt to taste
  • red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  • green chillies 2 chopped
  • cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
  • coriander seeds 1 teaspoon
  • Carrom seeds 1 teaspoon
  • Garam masala 1 teaspoon
  • coriander leaves 2 tablespoon chopped
  • Kasoori methi 1 teaspoon
  • Dry mango powder 1 teaspoon
  • anardana powder 1 teaspoon
  • For dough:
  • Whole wheat flour 2 cup
  • salt 1 teaspoon
  • ghee 2 tablespoon
  • water for making dough

How to make Panjabi potato and green peas kachori

  1. Mix all the ingredients of stuffing and mix well and make a fine stuffing.
  2. Now make a ball from dough and flat it with the help of hand.add two tablespoon of mixture and seal it carefully. Now give this ball the shape of kachori.
  3. Heat oil in a kadahi and fry the kachori from both sides till crispy.
  4. Serve hot with raita or chutney.

My Tip:

You can use roller pin for flatten the kachori.
