Ingredients to make Panjabi missa Besan pyaj ka parantha

  • Whole wheat flour 1+ 1/2 cup
  • besan 1/2 cup
  • salt to taste
  • onion 2 chopped
  • ginger 1 teaspoon grated
  • green chillies 2 chopped
  • cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
  • Dry mango powder 1 teaspoon
  • coriander leaves 2 tablespoon chopped
  • oil for frying
  • water for making dough

How to make Panjabi missa Besan pyaj ka parantha

  1. Mix all the ingredients and make a dough .
  2. Set aside for rest of 5 minutes. Make balls from the dough.
