ABOUT Panjabi missa Besan pyaj ka parantha RECIPE

It is very crispy and spicy breakfast and tiffin receipe. Very healthy for children and younger ones.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Whole wheat flour 1+ 1/2 cup
  2. Besan 1/2 cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Onion 2 chopped
  5. Ginger 1 teaspoon grated
  6. Green chillies 2 chopped
  7. Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
  8. Dry mango powder 1 teaspoon
  9. Coriander leaves 2 tablespoon chopped
  10. Oil for frying
  11. Water for making dough

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients and make a dough .
  2. Set aside for rest of 5 minutes. Make balls from the dough.
  3. Heat a tawa and put the flatten parantha on tawa. Cook from both sides on low flame. Apply oil and roast till crispy.
  4. Make all other paranthas in the same way. Serve with raita or pickle of ur choice.
