Ingredients to make Aloo tikki chaat

  • potato 5
  • Bread brown 3 pieces
  • red chilli flakes 11/2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • Green chilli 4
  • coriander leaves a handful
  • oil for frying tikkis
  • Kashmiri Lal mirch powder 1 tsp
  • Amchoor powder 1 tsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • curd 2 tbsp
  • tamarind chutney 1 tbsp
  • coriander -curd chutney 1 tbsp

How to make Aloo tikki chaat

  1. MASH BOIL POTATOES AND MAKE FRESH BREAD CRUMBS OF BROWN BREAD
  2. MIX THEM TOGETHER
  3. USE YOUR HANDS TO MIX THEM NICELY
  4. ADD KASHMIRI LAL MIRCH CHAAT MASALA, AMCHOOR POWDER,SALT IN IT
  5. ADD CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI CORIANDER LEAVES IN IT
  6. MAKE TIKKIS OF DESIRED SHAPE
  7. FRY IN HOT TAWA ON BOTH SIDES TILL GOLDEN BROWN
  8. TURN BACK AND FRY FROM OTHER SIDE TOO
  9. COLLECT CHANE,TAMARIND, GREEN CORIANDER CURD CHUTNEY,CHOPPED ONION AND CORIANDER LEAVES.
  10. ASSEMBLE BY PLACING TIKKIS THEN PUT CHANAS TAMARIND CHUTNEY, CURD ,GREEN CHUTNEY
  11. ADD CHOPPED ONION CORIANDER LEAVES AND RED CHILLI FLAKES AND SALT OVER IT
