Ingredients to make Grated Potatoes Mix Fry

  • Grated potatoes 1/4 kg
  • Chopped capsicum I
  • Chopped tomato 1/2 cup
  • salt to taste
  • Cooking oil 4 tsp
  • turmeric powder a pinch
  • Chopped coriander leaves 1/2 cup
  • mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • urad dal 1 tsp
  • Gram dal 1 tsp
  • red chilli 1
  • curry leaves few
  • Chopped onion 1 1/2 cup

How to make Grated Potatoes Mix Fry

  1. PEEL OFF AND GRATE 1/4 KG POTATOES
  2. HEAT 4 TSP OF COOKING OIL
  3. LET CRACKLE 1 TSP MUSTARD SEEDS
  4. FRY 1 TSP URAD DAL TILL GOLDEN COLOR
  5. ADD 1 TSP GRAM DAL
  6. FRY BROKEN 1 RED CHILLI
  7. ADD FEW CURRY LEAVES
  8. FRY 1 1/2 CUP ONION TILL TENDER
  9. A PINCH OF TURMERIC POWDER
  10. CHOPPED CAPSICUM 1
  11. GRATED POTATOES
  12. MIX WELL AND FRY ALL TILL TENDER WITHOUT WATER
  13. CHOPPED TOMATO 1/2 CUP
  14. SALT TO TASTE
  15. CHILLI POWDER 1 TSP
  16. MIX WELL, CLOSE THE LID AND ALLOW IT TO COOK FOR 2 MINUTES IN MEDIUM FLAME
  17. OPEN THE LID, CHECK THE TENDERNESS
  18. CORIANDER LEAVES 1/2 CUP
  19. MIX WELL AND SERVE
