Ingredients to make Jhatpat Chaat

  • Dahi bhalle- 2
  • Curd- 2 tbsp or more
  • Green chutney (made with cilantro, mint and green chillies)- 1 tsp (to taste)
  • Tamarind sweet chutney -1 tsp (to taste)
  • Black salt - a pinch (optional)
  • Boondi /Sev for toppings
  • Strawberry-4-5 diced or orange/pineapple
  • Roasted cumin Powder - 1 tsp (to taste)
  • Salt- to taste
  • Chaat masala- to taste

How to make Jhatpat Chaat

  1. Take a plate, place the bhalle on it , pour curd on top and add salt, black salt, chaat masala ,green chutney,tamarind sweet chutney, boondi and sev.
