  • 1 medium cauliflower
  • 6 tblspn Besan/chana dal atta
  • 250 ml oil to deep fry
  • 1 tspn red chilli powder
  • 1tspn cummin powder
  • salt to taste
  • Some green chillichopped optional
  • Some corriander

How to make Gobhi ke Pakode

  1. TAKE A MEDIUM CAULIFLOWERSEPARATE OUT FLORETS
  2. TAKE 6 TBLSPNS BESAN OR GRAM FLOUR,ADD SALT TO TASTE,1TSPN RED CHILLI POWDER,1TSPN CUMMIN,POWDER
  3. ADD WATER TO MAKE SEMIN FLOWING BATTER AND ADD THE FLORETS IN THIS BATTER,MIX WELL
  4. HEAT 250 ML OIL ,START DROPPING FLORETS INTO THE HOT OIL TO DEEP FRY
  5. ADD AS MANY FLORETS AS CAN BE DONE WELL AND NOT CLUSTER
  6. FRY ON SLOW FLAME TO DO UP THE CAULIFLOWER FLORETS WELL
  7. RAISE FLAME TO GOLDEN CRISP FRY NOW
  8. FTY WELL AND ONCE DONE ON SLOW AND FAST START REMOVING IN A DISH
