Lehsun chutney

Ingredients to make Lehsun chutney

  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 15-20 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • salt, to taste

How to make Lehsun chutney

  1. In a blender add onion , garlic and tomato and blend well.
  2. Heat oil in a wok and add this paste and sauté well.
  3. Add salt and all dry spices.
  4. Sauté till it starts leaving oil.
  5. Switch off the gas and serve.
