Ingredients to make Chicken 65

  • To marinate:
  • 450 gms boneless chicken
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder/ paste
  • 1 Egg
  • 1-2 tbsp cornflour
  • Coating Ingredients:
  • Cumin seeds- 1 tsp
  • Ginger (chopped)- 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic (chopped)-1 tsp
  • Ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp (optional)
  • A pinch of red food color (optional)
  • Curry leaves 8-10
  • Red chillies 2-3 dry (to taste)
  • Coriander powder -1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed
  • Oil to fry

How to make Chicken 65

  1. Clean and cut the chicken, then marinate it with the marination ingredients for 1 hour. Now take a wok, fry the chicken and keep it aside on a paper towel.
  2. Take a wok, add in oil to heat, then add the cumin seeds and let it crackle. Next add the red chillies, once it smokes add the chopped ginger-garlic and cook it, then add the ginger-garlic paste, curry leaves, rest of spices with salt and water.
  3. Finally add the fried chicken and coat it with the masala properly.
  4. Serve it hot.
