Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 250 grams whole wheat
  2. 1 Teaspoon of Chilli powder
  3. 2 teaspoon of curry powder
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 1 whole egg
  6. 2 Tablespoons of coconut milk
  7. 50 grams of butter
  8. Oil for deep fry

Instructions

  1. Add wheat flour, curry powder, red chilli powder and salt in a bowl. Mix well.
  2. Add a beaten egg. Mix well.
  3. Add butter and mix again.
  4. Use your hands to knead the mixture into a dough.
  5. Add coconut milk.
  6. Dough for Kuih Siput is ready.
  7. Make small, equal balls from the dough and use a fork to gently fold them.
  8. Deep fry the Kuih Siput in oil.
  9. Let cook for 3 minutes.
  10. Add curry leaves.
  11. Remove from flame. Kush Siput is ready.
