Ingredients to make Bread- carrot pumpkins

  • carrot chopped. 1 cup
  • Bread slices. 3/4
  • Condensed milk. 3/4 cup
  • salt. 1/4 tsp
  • ghee. 3 tbs
  • cloves. 8/9
  • Fresh leaves. As needed.
  • Cinamon stick. 2
  • cardamom. 2

How to make Bread- carrot pumpkins

  1. CARROT PASTE, POWDERED BREAD, CONDENSED MILK, POWDERED MILK,NUTS, GHEE,SALT.
  2. TAKE 1 CUP OF CHOPPED CARROTS ADD 1/2 CUP OF WATER.
  3. BOIL IT UNTIL IT GETS TENDER.
  4. STRAIN WATER & MASHED WELL.
  5. TAKE THREE PCS OF BREAD TO GRIEND.
  6. MAKE IT INTO POWDERED TAXTUR.
  7. POWDERED BREAD SHOULD BE VERY FINE.
  8. IN A PAN HEAT 1TBS GHEE AND ADD POWDERED BREAD.
  9. STIR WELL UNTIL IT GETS BROWN COLOUR.
  10. WHEN IT IS DONE REMOVE FROM PAN.
  11. HEAT 1 TBS GHEE IN SAME PAN,ADD CINAMON STICK, CARDAMOM.
  12. ADD CARROT PASTE.
  13. STIR WELL UNTIL IT GETS A TEXTURE LIKE DOUGH.
  14. ADD 1/4 TSP SALT.
  15. ONCE CARROT PASTE REMOVE FROM PAN ADD CONDENSE MILK.
  16. ADD FRIED BREAD POWDER THAT MADE PREVIOUSLY.
  17. STIR WELL TO COMBINE INGREDIENTS.
  18. WHEN MIXTURE FORMED LIKE A DOUGH AND COULD BE ROLL EASYLY REMOVE FROM HEAT.
  19. LET IT COOL DOWN TO MOULD WITH HANDS.MAKE SMALL BALLS&JUST PRESS IN MIDDLE.GIVE PUMPKIN SHAPE.
  20. IN THAT HOLE ARRANGE A CLOVE.
  21. MAKE PUMPKIN STRIPS WITH A TOOTHPICK.
  22. ARRANGE TWO LEAVES INVERSLY.
  23. ARRANGE CARROT- BREAD PUMPKINS IN SERVING DISH .......WOW.....
