Ingredients to make mixveg kofta ..

  • for kofta/dumplings
  • boiled potato 4tbsp
  • chopped onion 2tbsp
  • grated carrot 3tbsp
  • grated beetroot 3tbsp
  • chopped cabbage 3tbsp
  • chopped capsicum 2tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • redchilli powder 1/2tsp
  • rice flour 2tbsp
  • oil for frying
  • for gravy
  • sliced onion 1/4cup
  • tomato 1/2cup
  • garlic 3-4pods
  • ginger 1small piece
  • cashews 4-5
  • boiled green peas 3tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • redchilli powder 1tsp
  • turmaric powder 1/4tsp
  • coriender powder 1/2tsp
  • kitchen king powder 1/2tsp
  • water 1/4cup
  • oil 1tbsp

How to make mixveg kofta ..

  1. Mix cabbage,carrot,capsicum and beetroot togather and add in a vessel
  2. Add chopped onion ,boiled mashed potato,riceflour,salt and redchilli powder in it Mix well make a dough and divide in to small portions and make balls of it
  3. Deep fry these balls on medium flame
  4. Fry till becomes crisp and golden remove from the oil keep aside
  5. For gravy Deep fry onions to light brown colour
  6. Grind fried onions tomatoes ginger and garlic Abd cashews togather and make a fine paste
  7. Heat oil in a pan add this paste and cook
  8. Add salt redchilli powder,turmeric powder coriender powder and kitchen king masala to it and cook till the mixture saperates the oil
  9. Add boiled green peas and 1/2cup of water mix well cook for 2more minutes ,switch off the flame
  10. For serving pour gravy in a bowl add fried dumplings in it and serve with chapati naan or rice as per your choice
