  • Gg paste 1 spoon
  • salt
  • Apf 2 tbsp
  • besan 1/2 cup
  • olive oil 1 tbsp
  • Food colour
  • red chilli powder 2 tsp
  • pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Pizza sause 1 tbsp
  • cauliflower 1/2 cup
  • Baby corn 1/2 cup
  • oil for frying

How to make Indo-chinease veg fries

  1. ADD CURD AND GG PASTE
  2. ADD 2 SPOON APF AND HALF CUP BESEN
  3. ADD FOOD COLOUR AND CRUSHED PEPPER
  4. 2 SPOON RED CHILLI POWDER AND PIZZA SAUSE 1 SPOON
  5. SALT AND 1 SPOON OLIVE OIL
  6. MIX IT WELL
  7. ADD WATER IF REQUIRED
  8. ADD BABY CORN AND CAULIFLOWER AND MIX THEM WELL
  9. HEAT OIL AND FRY IN MEDIUM FLAME
  10. LET IT TURN CHRISPY
  11. ITS DONE TRANSFER TO PLATE AND SERVE WITH LEMON
