  • 250gm. Achari mirch.
  • salt
  • 1/4tsp grind fennel powder.
  • 1/4tsp cumin seed powder.
  • 1/4tsp powder sugar.
  • 4 tbs oil.

How to make Fried Chillies.

  1. Mix salt n masalas
  2. Wash dry n slit d chillies.
  3. Fill masala in it.
  4. Heat oil in a pan
  5. Put chillies in it.
  6. Stir fry all sides.
  7. Serve with parantha.

My Tip:

No need to add red chilli.
