Multigrain Palak paratha

Ingredients to make Multigrain Palak paratha

  • wheat flour 1 cup
  • Oats flour, (roasted and powdered) 1/2cup
  • besan 1/4cup
  • onion 1 chopped
  • chilli 2 chopped
  • spinach/palak 1cup chopped
  • Ajwain 1tsp
  • garam masala powder 1tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1tsp
  • turmeric powder 1/2tsp
  • sesame seeds, white 5tsp
  • salt as per taste
  • oil few tsp

How to make Multigrain Palak paratha

  1. Mix all the ingredients except sesame seeds and oil.
  2. Add little by little water to make a soft dough.
  3. Divide into equal parts and make balls.
  4. Flatten each ball, sprinkle 1/2tsp sesame seeds and roll to a round shaped paratha.
  5. Heat a tawa and cook the paratha with little oil till brown spots appear on both sides.
  6. Repeat for all. Serve hot with curd.
