Eggless oats brownies

Ingredients to make Eggless oats brownies

  • 1/4 cup powdered oats
  • 1/4 cup wheat flour
  • 5 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 apples
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/4 cup walnuts

How to make Eggless oats brownies

  1. Boil apples in pressure cooker with little water and make a purée.
  2. sieve oats , flour, cocoa and baking powder and keep aside.
  3. Mix yogurt, apple purée, vanilla essence and powdered sugar well.
  4. Fold in the flour mix and add walnuts.
  5. Pour the mix in a greased tin and sprinkle more walnuts on top.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 25-30 mins till a skewer comes out clean.
  7. Demould when cool and cut into pieces and serve.
