Ingredients to make Coriander chutney

  • coriander leaves 1 cup
  • tamarind apinch
  • onion 1
  • Channa dal 1 tsp
  • Urad dal 1 tsp
  • Grated coconut 4 tsp
  • red chilli 1
  • curry leaves 1 string
  • salt as required
  • oil.as required
  • Mustard urad dal.1 tsp
  • red chilli 1

How to make Coriander chutney

  1. In pan heat oil add channa Dal,urad dal, fry for 3 min.
  2. After add onion.saute it for 10 min.and add red chilli and Curry leaves
  3. Now add coriander leaves.fry for 5 min.finally add grated coconut .cook for 3 min.add tamarind.switch of.
  4. Add salt and Grind everything.
  5. For seasoning::: In pan heat oil add mustard seeds,urad dal and red chilli.
