  2. Urad dal 1 tsp
  3. Onion chopped 1 cup
  4. Capsicum chopped 2 cup
  5. Salt 1/2 tsp
  6. Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  7. Pepper powder 1 tsp
  8. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  9. Coriander leaves chopped 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. HEAT OIL
  2. FRY URAD DAL
  3. FRY ONION
  4. ADD CAPSICUM
  5. FRY TILL TENDER
  6. ADD SALT
  7. TURMERIC POWDER
  8. PEPPER POWDER
  9. GARAM MASALA POWDER, FRY TILL TENDER
  10. GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES, SERVE
