  2. Urad dal 1 tsp
  3. Onion chopped 1 cup
  4. Capsicum chopped 2 cup
  5. Pepper powder 1 tsp
  6. MTR garam masala powder 1 tsp
  7. Raisins few
  8. Cooking leaves chopped 1 tsp
  9. Fresh green peas 1 cup
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Cooked rice 1 cup

Instructions

  1. HEAT COOKING OIL
  2. FRY URAD DAL TILL GOLDEN BROWN
  3. CHOPPED ONION
  4. CAPSICUM
  5. SAUTE TILL TENDER
  6. SALT TO TASTE
  7. TURMERIC POWDER
  8. PEPPER POWDER
  9. GARAM MASALA POWDER
  10. FRESH GREEN PEAS
  11. RAISINS
  12. COOKED RICE
  13. MIX WELL
  14. GARNISH WITH CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES AND SERVE
