Ingredients to make Mutton Pepper Fry

  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Mutton masala 2 tsp
  • pepper powder 1 tablespoon
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • salt accordingly
  • onion 2
  • oil 20 ml
  • mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  • chana dal 1/2 tsp
  • ghee 1 teaspoon
  • curry leaves few

How to make Mutton Pepper Fry

  1. COOK 1/2 KG MUTTON, 2 TSP MUTTON MASALA POWDER, 1 TSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE, SALT AND WATER FOR 6 WHISTLES
  2. IN A KADAI FRY ONIONS,MUSTARD ,CHANNADAL WITH 20 ML OIL
  3. ADD THE COOKED MUTTON
  4. STIR WELL TILL THE MASALA BECOMES DRY AND OIL OOZES OUT
  5. ADD 1 TABLESPOON FRESH PEPPER POWDER AND STIR WELL
  6. HEAT 1 TSP GHEE IN A TADKA PAN
  7. ADD FEW CURRY LEAVES AND FRY TILL CRISPY
  8. ADD TO THE MUTTON FRY
  9. MUTTON PEPPER FRY IS READY
