Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Eggs 2
  2. Onions 2 ( chopped)
  3. Tomatoes 2( chopped).
  4. Besan 1 tsp( roasted)
  5. Garlic 5 cloves
  6. Ginger grated 1/2 tsp
  7. Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  9. Salt 1/2 tsp.
  10. Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  11. coriander powder 1 tsp
  12. Coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp
  13. Oil 1 tbsp
  14. Malai ( fresh) 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Keep the eggs to boil.
  2. Till that blend chopped Onions .
  3. Heat oil, add Onion paste. Saute .
  4. Till that blend Tomatoes .saute nicely.
  5. Add ginger, garlic and all masala mentioned to the Onion paste..
  6. Add roasted gram flour to the Onions.
  7. Saute a little, add blended tomatoes.
  8. Peel eggs and cut in two halves.
  9. Make gravy by adding required quantity of water. Add required amount of salt.
  10. Your Curry is ready. Add Malai , Eggs and serve with garnish of coriander leaves.
