Ingredients to make Crispy fried vegetables.

  • 1 cup Cauliflower
  • 1 cup baby corn
  • ½ cup corn flour
  • ½ cup refined flour (Maida)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chilli flakes
  • Water as required
  • Salt to taste

How to make Crispy fried vegetables.

  1. Make batter of maida and corn flour. Add salt , chilli flakes and mix well.
  2. Now add appropriate water and lemon juice to make a thick paste of it. It should not be too watery or too thick.
