  1. 1 cup shreded cabbage
  2. 1 cup shreded carrot

Instructions

  1. TAKE 1 CUP EACH OF SHREDDED CABBAGE & CARROTS, 1/2 CUP SPROUTS
  2. HEAT 2 TBSP OIL
  3. STIR FRY THE VEGGIES & SPROUTS ON MEDIUM HIGH HEAT FOR 4-5 MINS
  4. ADD 1/2 TSP SOYA SAUCE, 1 TSP RED CHILLI SAUCE
  5. ADD SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE, COOK TILL DRY
  6. PLACE 1 TBSP VEGGIE STUFFING ON A SPRING ROLL SHEET, ROLL
  7. GET ALL THE ROLLS READY, SEAL WITH FLOUR SLURRY
  8. DEEP FRY THE ROLLS IN HOT OIL
  9. TAKE OFF HEAT WHEN GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP
  10. SERVE HOT !
