- Puree – ¾-1 cup
- Crushed – ½ tsp
- Crushed Carom seeds – ½ tsp
- Green coarsely ground - 1
- Thick – 1tbsp
- to taste

My Tip:For Puris dough always needs to be stiff. Use oil for rolling puris. Add water only if required. Blend Cauliflower florets into a smooth puree.
