  • Rice flour. 2 tbs
  • salt. 1/4 tsp
  • Double cream milk. 1&1/2 cup.
  • sugar. 3/4 cup
  • water 1 cup
  • Lamon juice 1/2 tbs
  • Rose water. 1/2 tbs

How to make Softy semolina deligjt.

  1. SEMOLINA,RICE FLOUR, LIQUID MILK, SUGAR,SALT, POWDER MILK, LAMON JUICE, CINAMON STICK,EGG.NUTS
  2. IN A PAN TRANSFER 1CUP MILK.
  3. ADD 2 TBS SUGAR.
  4. ADD 1&1/2 CUP DOUBLE CREAM MILK.
  5. ADD 3 TBS RICE FLOUR.A PINCH OF SALT.
  6. STIR WELL THAT IT DOESN'T GET ANY LUMP.
  7. ADD 2 TBS POWDERED NUT&STIR AGAIN.
  8. ONCE IT WILL FORMED LIKE A TIGHTENED DOUGH THEN TURN OFF HEAT.
  9. TRANSFER THE SEMOLINA DOUGH IN A GREASED BOWL.
  10. BEAT AN EGG VERY WELL.
  11. ADD EGG LITTLE BY LITTLE WITH SEMOLINA DOUGH.
  12. GREASE HANDS WITH GHEE.
  13. KNEAD WELL.WHEN DOUGH BECOMES SOFT& SMOOTH STOP MIXING EGG.
  14. TAKE MOULD & GREASE WITH GHEE.
  15. TAKE SMALL BALLS FROM DOUGH AND PRESS ON GREASED MOULD.
  16. SPREAD DOUGH EVENLY .
  17. REMOVE THE MOULD CAREFULLY.
  18. SEMOLINA DELIGHT/SUJI ROSMONJURI S ARE READY FOR FRYING.
  19. TAKE 1 CUP OF WATER,ADD CINAMON STICK, CARDAMOM.
  20. ADD 1/2 TBS LAMON JUICE & 1/2 TBS ROSE WATER,3/4 CUP OF SUGAR.
  21. STIR WELL UNTIL SUGAR DISSOLVES.
  22. HEAT SUFFICIENT OIL IN A PAN, RELEASE THE SEMOLINA DELIGHTS.
  23. WHILE RELEASING SEMOLINA DELIGHT KEEP FLAME MEDIUM HIGH.
  24. WHEN IT GETS A THIN COATING TURN FLAME MEDIUM TO LOW.
  25. WHEN THEY GET GOLDEN COLOUR REMOVE FROM OIL.
  26. LET THEM TO BE SLIGHTLY COOL .
  27. SOAK IN SUGAR SYRUP.
  28. ALLOW THEM TO SOAK SUGAR SYRUP AT LEAST 1 HOUR.THEN SERVE.
