Ingredients to make mushroom paneer butter masala dosa

  • Mushroom 250 grams
  • Paneer (crubled) 1 cup
  • Onion thinly sliced 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 table spoon
  • Slit green chilly 1
  • Tomato puree 1 cup
  • Garam masala 1 table spoon
  • Chilly powder 1/2 table spoon
  • Coriander powder 1/2 table spoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter 4 table spoon
  • Dosa batter

Steps to make mushroom paneer butter masala dosa

  1. Melt the butter in a frying pan, add thinly sliced onions and fry until it becomes golden brown color. Add ginger garlic paste, green chilly fry for few minutes. Add tomato puree fry for few minutes and add thinly sliced mushrooms fry till mushrooms get cooked. Add garam masala, chilly powder, coriander powder, salt to taste fry for few minutes. At last add crumbled paneer mix it well. Heat a non-stick tava (griddle). Pour a ladleful of the dosa batter on the tava (griddle) and spread in a circular motion to make a thin dosa. Smear some butter and immediately spread enough mushrooms and paneer mixture(as much as you like) to layer the dosa and cover with a lid until the dosa is done. Fold and serve hot with your favorite chatney.
My Tip: make dosa as thin as possible
